The hotel was a short walk from the station. I found many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room's modern look and bathroom design pleased me. The mattress was soft. It helped me sleep well.
The hotel staff member at check-in was not helpful. The hallways were messy with linens and cleaning carts. THE room felt small. I struggled to open my suitcase.

train station free afternoon tea luggage storage clean facilities
This hotel has a GREAT location near the train station. The free afternoon tea, coffee, and cakes were such a sweet touch. I found the free luggage storage useful for exploring without bags. The cleanliness of the facilities really stood out!!!
The room was on the smaller side. I expect that in a city hotel.

soundproofing problem elevator noise
The location near the station was acceptable. I could easily access transportation.
My room was near the elevators. I could clearly hear every conversation and movement, a soundproofing problem it was.
